1. Agreement to Terms & EULA
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and RiekApps ("we", "us", or "our") for your use of the SnapRevive mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using SnapRevive, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service and uninstall the app.

2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RiekApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use SnapRevive on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
License Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- You may not create derivative works based on the app.
- You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
3. Description of Service
- Photo Recovery: tools to find and restore deleted or lost photos.
- Guidance: simple controls with clear progress and helpful prompts.
- Optional Processing: trusted processing via Fal AI to improve recovery quality.
3. Eligibility
- Age: you must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- Under 18: you represent you have parental or guardian consent.
- Children: not intended for children under 13; we do not knowingly collect data from them.
5. Plans & Billing
Subscription Plans
- Weekly Plan: unlimited recovery while the plan is active.
- Yearly Plan: unlimited recovery while the plan is active.
Auto-Renewal Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Pricing & Payment
- Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Prices may change with notice; existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.
Refunds & Cancellation
- Billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple App Store.
- For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.
- Unused portions of free trials (if any) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. Acceptable Use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and your own content.
- Do not access, restore, or distribute content you do not own.
- Do not attempt to bypass security or misuse the Service to harm or violate privacy.
7. Privacy & Data
- We collect only what is necessary to operate SnapRevive and improve recovery.
- Processing via Fal AI is limited, safeguarded, and purpose‑bound.
- Delete your account/data anytime: Delete Account or email riekapps@gmail.com.
8. Technology Partners
Where applicable, SnapRevive may use Fal AI to power certain features and improve recovery quality.
9. Availability & Changes
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve performance and experience.
- We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via the app or official channels.
10. Intellectual Property
- SnapRevive name, logo, and assets are owned by RiekApps.
- You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service per these Terms.
11. Disclaimers & Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we provide the Service without warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use.
- Please maintain your own backups where possible.
12. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel in the App Store.
- We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violating these Terms.
